These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snai Sport mobile application (the "App") and the website snaitech.xyz (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Snai Sport is a free sports trivia quiz for entertainment and education. The App allows you to:

• Answer multiple-choice trivia questions across Football, Basketball, Tennis, Formula 1, and the Olympics.
• Play at Easy, Medium, or Hard difficulty, or use Quick Play.
• Track scores, accuracy, streaks, badges, and achievements stored on your device.
• View a leaderboard with fictional static entries for entertainment.

Quiz content is available offline. The App may use internet access only to load decorative leaderboard avatars, as described in our Privacy Policy. No account registration is required.

3. No Real-Money Gambling

Snai Sport is not a gambling or betting product.

• Free app: Snai Sport is free to download and use.
• Trivia only: Points, streaks, badges, and leaderboard positions are virtual and for fun.
• No payouts: You cannot win real money, prizes, or goods of monetary value.

4. Eligibility

The App does not collect personal data and is suitable for all ages. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use a device on which the App is installed.

5. Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App except where permitted by law.
• Use cheats or exploits to manipulate scores or streaks.
• Use the App to promote illegal gambling or unlicensed betting services.

6. Local Data and Progress

Your player name, scores, statistics, and preferences are stored only on your device. You may reset data from within the App or delete all data by uninstalling. We are not liable for loss of progress due to device failure, reset, or uninstallation.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, quiz content, and other materials in the App and Site are owned by SNAITECH SPA or its licensors. Third-party sports names are used for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trivia answers are for entertainment and may not reflect the latest official sports facts or statistics.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SNAITECH SPA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Milan, Italy shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
