This Privacy Policy describes how SNAITECH SPA ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Snai Sport mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data to our servers.

All information you provide or that is generated through your use of the App is stored exclusively on your device using Android's local storage (SharedPreferences). This includes:

3. Internet Access

The App requests the INTERNET permission solely to load decorative avatar images displayed on the leaderboard screen. These images are fetched from a third-party placeholder image service (pravatar.cc). No personal data is transmitted as part of these requests.

The leaderboard displayed in the App contains fictional, static entries and does not represent real users. No user data is uploaded to or stored on any server.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party library for image loading:

Coil (image loading library) — used to display avatar images from pravatar.cc. This library may make network requests as described above. No personal data is included in these requests.

We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or social login services.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted at all, the App is safe for use by all age groups.

6. Data Storage and Security

All app data is stored locally on your device in Android's private app storage. It is not accessible to other apps and is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App. You can also reset all saved data at any time from within the App.

7. Your Rights (GDPR – EU Users)
